Fero Poerbonegoro

President Commisioner

Born in 1955. He earned a Bachelor of Economics from Brawijaya University (1981) and a Masters in Management from Gajah Mada University (1995).

Appointed at the annual GMS on February 25th 2016 as Chief Commissioner of BNI Syariah.

Previously served as BNI Independent Commissioner (2008 - 2015), Treasury & International Director for BNI (2003 - 2008), BNI Project Manager for the New Core Banking System (2002 - 2003), Treasury & International Director at Bank BCA (1998 - 2002) and Division Leader for BNI Treasury (1997-1998).

 

Max R. Niode

Commisioner

Born in 1957. He obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Hasanuddin, Makassar (1983) and a Masters in Law from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta (1999).

Appointed at the EGM on December 29th, 2017 as an Independent Commissioner.

Previously served as Commissioner of PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta (2014 - 2015), Leader of BNI's Internal Audit Unit (2011 - 2014), Head of the Bank BNI’s Legal Division (2004 - 2011), President Commissioner of PT Swadharma Surya Finance (2003 - 2006), and Commissioner of PT Swadharma Surya Finance (2000 - 2003).

 

Imam Budi Sarjito

Commisioner

Born in 1959. Obtained a Bachelor in Economics from Diponegoro University (1982), a Master of Economics from the University of Illinois (1991), and a Doctorate of Economics from the Graduate School of Claremont (1995).

Appointed at the GMS on September 20th, 2018 as Commissioner of BNI Syariah.

Previously served as BNI Company Compliance and Risk Director (2015-2018), Commissioner of PT Bank BNI Syariah (2012-2015), Head of BNI's Enterprise Risk Management Division (2011-2015), and Leader of the BNI Strategic Planning Division (2005-2011).

Komarrudin Hidayat

Commisioner*

Born in 1953. Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Ushuluddin from IAIN Syarif Hidayatullah (1981), Master and PhD in Philosophy from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey (1995), Post Doctorate Research Program at McGill University and Hafort Seminary in US (1997) and International Visitor Program to US (2002)

Appointed at the GMS on 9 May 2019 as Commissioner of BNI Syariah.

Previously served as BRI Syariah Independent Commissioner (2016 - 2019), Jakarta Chancellor Syarif Hidayatullah UIN period 2 (2010 - 2015), Honorary Member of the Election Commission Dean (2009 - 2014), Syarif Hidayatullah UIN Chancellor period 1 (2006 - 2010), Member of the RI National Education Standards Agency (since 2005), Postgraduate Director of UIN Jakarta (since 2005), DKI Jakarta Education Advisory Council (2004), Executive Director of Education Madania (2001), Chairman of Indonesia Procurement Watch (2002), chair of Election Oversight Committee Center (2003 - 2004), Advisory Board Member of Common Ground Indonesia (2001), Permanent Lecturer of the Indonesian Bankers Institute (2000)
